Winter Bucket List for Preschoolers & Toddlers

I am not sure what it was like where you live, but we had a pretty weird month in terms of weather in Southern Ontario in December: it snowed, and snowed, and snowed in the beginning of the month and then warmed up and all the snow melted the second half of the month (thankfully, it snowed on Christmas Day; I may have cried if it didn’t!). Now that we are into January, there seems to be more snow on the ground, which I expect will stick around a bit longer this time.

I always find January to be one of the longest months of the year; I suspect it has something to do with the holidays being over and the copious amounts of snow (and colder temperatures) that typically come with it. One thing I know for sure about January, though, is this: kids definitely get a little stir-crazy that month! So, in the spirit of saving your sanity, here are a few activities you can do with your preschoolers and toddlers this month:
