
Tuna Casserole

TUNA CASSEROLE (A childhood fav):
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 can (170 g) tuna, strained
- 1 can (284 ml) mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup cubed cheese (small cubes) (cheddar, marble or mozzarella work, marble tastes best!)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook pasta to desired tenderness; strain
- Combine cooked pasta, tuna, soup, and milk in pot over medium heat; mix thoroughly
- Add in cheese and continue stirring until cheese has largely melted
- Add salt and pepper to taste
