Tuna Casserole

TUNA CASSEROLE (A childhood fav):


  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 can (170 g) tuna, strained
  • 1 can (284 ml) mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup cubed cheese (small cubes) (cheddar, marble or mozzarella work, marble tastes best!)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Cook pasta to desired tenderness; strain
  • Combine cooked pasta, tuna, soup, and milk in pot over medium heat; mix thoroughly
  • Add in cheese and continue stirring until cheese has largely melted
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
